a total swimming with sharks moment yesterday: one of the directors hurled his cellphone at me. instead of shrinking back and being freaked out, i let out a little giggle. a grown man throwing a hissyfit right in front of me. hahahah!
it helped defuse the situation: he picked up the phone, apologized, and walked away.
