dear ida,
getting yourself $20k into debt before noon on a saturday and then coming home to find a letter from my pen-pals the IRS asking that i kindly send them $1600 within 15 days got my stomache all tight and knotty. the nervousness hasn't gone away, it swirls and twists and gives reminders its lurking there. all that money! ... just a signature away. it's all far too easy.
now, while i'm driving around in my shining new silver car with the a/c cranked and the cd player thumpin' i gotta figure out a way to pull sixteen hundred bucks out of my ass.
